When you purchase a cooking class through me, I will:

• Supply all food ingredients, containers and supplies. I usually have the participants bring their own tools, such as cutting boards and knives.  I can also bring burners or food processors if needed. 
• Plan a detailed menu of 3-4 nutritious recipes with all listed ingredients and instructions. If you a specific food allergy, I can customize the menu based on your dietary needs. 
• Demonstrate how to complete each recipe on the menu, from prepping to cooking to serving.
• Conduct a Q&A with participants regarding the menu, my products and services, food allergies or healthy eating.
• Raffle a product or service, depending on the class. 
• Fee: $50 a person
  

For dinner parties, I will: 

• Send you several menus to choose from prior to the party via e-mail for up to 12 people. Each menu consists of an entrée, two side dishes and a dessert. 
• Supply all food ingredients (kitchen at location of dinner party is required).
• Cook and serve the recipes on the menu. Helping the cook is on a voluntary basis :)
• Fee: $40 an hour, plus cost of food
